Write that Sh$t Down!

A lot goes on in our heads for work, home, life in general, and our noggins can get lost in the menagerie of details and plans. We may feel like we're either going along for the routine or out-of-control with no organized direction. We bounce between feeling like things are going perfectly smooth to turning the opposite corner at a moment's notice. One of the best pieces of advice I have ever received is to write down facts and feelings on a specific situation, whether personal or professional, get yourself outside the normal mental box. By writing down whatever it is you believe is happening will help bring a fresh perspective on the issues puzzling you.
